He is the lead manager of the FSSA Asia Pacific All Cap strategy and the co-manager of the FSSA Indian Subcontinent strategy. Sreevardhan has 9 years of investment experience. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a management degree and a specialisation in Finance.
Vinay Agarwal	-	2012	now
Βιογραφία	Vinay Agarwal is a Director of FSSA Investment Managers, part of First Sentier Investors. He joined FSSA Investment Managers in 2011, with a focus on the Indian Subcontinent markets in particular and Asia Pacific equities in general. Vinay is the lead manager of the FSSA Asia Focus strategy, the FSSA Indian Subcontinent strategy and the Scottish Oriental Smaller Companies Trust. He is also responsible for managing a number of Asia Pacific and Indian equity portfolios on behalf of key client segregated accounts. Vinay has more than 20 years of investment experience. He graduated in 2002 with a management degree with a major in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Vinay also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree with a major in Accountancy from Calcutta University.

Sashi is lead manager of the Worldwide Leaders Sustainability strategy and the Indian Subcontinent Sustainability strategy. Previously, he worked at Irevna Research, an Indian equities research house from 2005 to 2007. Sashi has an engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto.

Vijay initially covered China and South East Asia until the end of 2000 and now focuses on Emerging Asia, in particular Korea and the Indian Sub-continent. Vijay took on portfolio manager responsibilities in October 2003. He relocated from Edinburgh to Singapore in July 2006.Vijay began his career with Ernst & Young where he worked in the audit department specialising in banking and financial services companies from the period 1991-1994. Vijay started his investment career, first on the sell-side, as an Asian Equity Sales specialist for stockbrokers Worldsec International Ltd from 1996-1997 and then on the buy-side, as an Investment Analyst with John Hancock Advisers International Ltd from 1997-1999. Vijay is a CFA charterholder and an Associate member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals.
