Bommi received a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration in finance and management from Columbia Business School. Before that, Brown was with the predecessor of Wells Fargo Securities, where he worked in the leveraged finance group arranging senior secured bank loans and high yield bond financings for financial sponsors and corporate issuers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida and an MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. | ||

His responsibilities included the customer care, risk management and billing departments. Before joining Dialpad, Mr. Gunther was an associate analyst in equity research for George K. Baum & Company. He also spent five years with Piper Jaffray before earning his master’s degree. Mr. Gunther joined Waddell & Reed in 2003 as a high yield fixed income investment analyst. He was appointed assistant vice president and named assistant portfolio manager of Waddell & Reed Advisors High Income Fund, Ivy High Income Fund, and Ivy Funds VIP High Income in 2008. Mr. Gunther was appointed vice president in 2013. Mr. Gunther assumed sole management responsibilities for the Waddell & Reed and Ivy High Income Group of Funds and of the Ivy High Income Opportunities Fund (a closed-end fund) in 2014. He was appointed senior vice president in 2014. | ||
