Marc commenced his career at UBS Australia in 1999 where he worked as an equities and research analyst. In 2003 Marc joined Lazard Asset Management where he was employed as a Senior Equities Analyst. In 2010, Marc moved to Milford Asset Management as a Portfolio Manager, where he worked for 6 years before joining IML in July 2016. Marc is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Sydney. Marc holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University of Sydney and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Βιογραφία	Joining IML in 1998, Simon Conn has over 14years experience as a Senior Portfolio Manager in the small cap space. He is the lead portfolio manager for the IML Future Leaders Fund, IML Smaller Companies Fund and the IML Small Caps Fund. Prior to joining IML Simon worked at QBE as an Investment officer and KPMG as an Investment Consultant. He holds the following qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, University of Sydney, 1990, Bachelor of Economics, University of Sydney, 1988
Robert Bishop	-	2010	2015
Βιογραφία	Joining IML in 2008, Robert Bishop is a senior equities anlyst as well as a co-portfolio manager for the IML Smaller Companies fund and the IML Future Leaders Fund. With a mining & engineering background, Robert specialises in Small Resources. Previously to IML, Robert has worked at Southern Cross Equities as a resource analyst, AME Mineral Economics as a commodities analyst And as a chemical engineer at Tiwest Joint Venture. He holds the following qualifications: Postgraduate Applied Finance & Investment, Finsia, Certificate of Applied Finance & Investment, Finsia, 2006, Yellow Belt Six Sigma, 2003, Certificate 4 Frontline Management, Aust.
