Dr. Patrick Klein is a senior vice president and portfolio manager for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income. He leads the team managing the multisector fixed-income strategies with a focus on portfolio construction and quantitative modelling. Prior to his current role, he was a portfolio manager and research analyst focusing on the securitized, inflations protected, and portfolio construction areas. Dr. Klein was a principal member of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories.

Previously, Mr. Clough serves as a research analyst and focuses on research of securitized products. Darrin joined the Money Market group in January 2007 and was primarily responsible for providing research and analysis on short-term corporate and insurance company debt instruments. Darrin has been with the firm since 1998. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Colorado and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado, Denver. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Darrin covers securitized products.

In addition to the Fund, Mr. Simons manages the Great-West Short Duration Bond Fund, Great-West U.S. Government Mortgage Securities Fund, stable value funds managed by GWCM and GWL&A, and certain fixed income separate accounts of GWL&A. Prior to joining GWL&A, Mr. Simons was employed since 2010 as an investment analyst at Navy Mutual Aid Association. Mr. Simons received a B.S. in economics and mathematics from Hillsdale College.

(GWL&A). She joined the GWL&A Investments Department in 1987. Ms. Tocher was educated at the University of Manitoba, where she received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours Degree) in Finance. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
